United Architects & Engineers Group Co Ltd (UAD) (www.UADESIGN.CN) celebrated its 10th anniversary on 30 Jan 2010 at its Beijing office. UAD, a joint-stock company engaged in modern architecture design, interior design and master planning, is the largest leading architectural design firm with headquarter in Beijing. Over the past 10 years, UAD has employed over 500 professional industry experts in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin and Jinan respectively.
More than 100 guests including government officials, developers, professors from Qinghua University, key business partners and construction professionals from top Chinese organizations like China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Construction, and Society of Architects etc attended the anniversary celebration. “We are proud to achieve with great success of our firm starting with 30 staff to expand to today almost 600 professionals of high calibers to witness and contribute the building development in China with many award winning ICON projects skyline ,including Beijing Olympic media village being awarded through global tendering process. We aimed at creating a dream China and never stop improving ourselves to sustain the leadership position" said Mr. Liu Guang Ya, the CEO and Founder of UAD. Nowadays, UAD has set up joint venture companies –U&A and UAI, respectively with ADPI (an internally well-known French design company), and with Australian as well as with German Design League, which shall give the best access to develop the global architectural and design world to the fullest extent.
